Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your jewellery must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unused, and in its original premium packaging. Zisamo reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or alterations.
Hygiene Standards
In accordance with international health and hygiene standards, please note that earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining the safety and quality of our pieces for all clients.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
